Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict 2-day return/exchange policy, which means you must request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 2 days under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

     - The item must be in the same condition as received

     - Unworn and unused

     - With all tags intact

     - A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all returns and exchanges, regardless of the reason

To initiate a return or exchange: Go to your account on the store, navigate to Your Orders and request for a return. In case it doesn't work, email us at contact.shoplostandfound@gmail.com

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

A Return/Exchange charge of ₹200 is applicable on all orders.

The entire return/exchange and refund process may take up to 4 weeks to be completed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your store wallet within 10 business days of the product being received by us.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us out of the 2-day window, we won't be held liable for it. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

A ₹200 exchange charge will apply.
