Order packing and processing takes 24–48 hours from the time the order is placed. Once packed, the order is handed over to the courier partner for shipment.

After pickup by the courier partner, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

LOSTANDFOUND is not liable for any delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over. We only guarantee dispatch of the order within the stated processing timeline.
